Straight out of Gothenburg, and right into the world of
frontend
development.
I started my grind running e-commerce gigs when I was just 18. Built
some cool online shops, made them shine, and even passed a few onto
private investors.
Right now I'm leveling up my frontend skills at
Jensen YH. Think of it this way: I've
got that entrepreneur drive with a sprinkle of code magic.
Rolled with my own e-commerce shops, wrestled with frontend puzzles
at Jensen YH, and always up for a good brainstorming session. So, if
you're scouting for someone with a mix of biz vibes and coding chops
for an internship, hit me up!
What started as a Scrimba course project to learn working with
APIs was revamped and elevated after I finished the course. Adding
more features and transforming into a fully functional war card
game.
This project laid the foundation for my understanding of
interacting with external APIs and manipulating the DOM in
response to the API data.
After soaking up knowledge from school projects and several Scrimba solo projects, I felt ready to assemble everything into one place. Crafted with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a dash of Rough Notation for that extra flair. It's clean, uncomplicated, and designed for smooth sailing.
Motivated by the knowledge I gained from Scrimba, I built a real
time trip planning web app. The app seamlessly integrates with the
user's current position to provide real-time transit data. Hereβs
what it delivers:
Pinpoint Accuracy: Utilizes the geolocation API to obtain
the user's precise longitude and latitude.
Intuitive Interface: After fetching the nearby stops
through an API call to ReseRobot - travel planner, users can
easily select their desired stop.
Real-Time Departure Data: Upon selecting a stop, another
API call to ReseRobot - bus time tables is made using the stop's
id (from the property extId in the JSON response) to present the
user with real time departures.
Journey Planning: Beyond just departure times, users can
also conveniently plan trips between two stations, streamlining
their entire travel experience.
I built WhatzCooking as a hands-on project to expand my skills.
This social platform is for homecooks to share their dishes, and
it's also my way of showcasing my growth in web development.
This platform allows users to:
Set Up Profiles: Establish your culinary identity by
creating a profile that reflects your cooking style, specialties,
and journey.
Engage with the Community: Follow fellow cooks, like and
comment on their posts, and engage in flavorful conversations.
Showcase Culinary Talents: Users can upload photos of their
delightful dishes, curate their feed, and share recipes or tips
accompanying their posts.
Discover New Inspirations: With an integrated explore page,
users can discover trending dishes, popular homecooks, and new
recipes to ignite their next kitchen adventure.
